The creation timeline for custom pieces ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and our current workload.

Once your order is confirmed, our standard delivery time is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, following the receipt of a 30% deposit. We partner with trusted shipping providers like FedEx and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We are also open to accommodating special shipping requests. Please note that gemstone market prices may affect final pricing, which will be finalized after your deposit is received. All orders are processed FOB from Bangkok, Thailand, with any freight or customs duties to be borne by the buyer upon receipt.
PaymentsTo confirm your order, a 30% deposit is required upon receiving your order confirmation. Once your jewelry is complete, we will notify you via email with the total amount due. The remaining 70% must be settled through bank transfer before we can ship your order. For items that are readily available, full payment is required upfront, and we will expedite shipping upon confirmation of payment.
